OrderEater

OrderEater is a framework package for order management.

Flexibility is the key feature of OrderEater and this allows it perform in a wide variety of businesses.

A variant of OrderEater exists that has been fully customised for use in a surveillance/certification environment.

External Organisations

OrderEater provides the capabilities for capturing unlimited numbers of external organisations' details including multiple business hierarchies, multiple address, multiple contacts, industry coding, etc.

This facility allows organisations such as clients, suppliers, consultants, official bodies, etc. to be recorded within the system and these can indeed overlap to cater for situations where an organisation might act as both a client of and a supplier to your business.

Internal Organisation

OrderEater allows you to map out the structure of and personnel within your internal organisation. This includes the ability to assign roles, skills, utilization and access rights at any level.

Workload

You business workload can be modelled within OrderEater in terms of the structure of work items, the information content required at each level and the status and work flows required.

Planning / Assignment

Workload can be planned for execution and can be further allocated to personnel and the completion of planned and allocated workload can be tracked against configurable targets with built-in escalation capabilites.

Costing /Pricing / Billing

Workload can be calculated according to complex cosing /pricing rules both as internal costs and external prices in a full multi-currency model. Billing can also be performed within OrderEater or this can be externalised to existing financila systems as required.

Interfaces

OrderEater can be interfaced to any existing external systems such as financial, MIS, etc.

Reporting

OrderEater utilises industry standard reporting capabilities and can further be extended to integrate with specific reporting interfaces used by your business.

Internationalization

OrderEater is fully internationalised and can be translated to any language and has full multi-lingual capabilites.
