EasyRep is an in-resort back office solution for tour operators and other holiday companies.

Supplier Control

Managing the relationship with suppliers is at the core of EasyRep. In resort confirmations can be generated and agreed with suppliers if required and suppliers' invoices can be reconciled back to sales with ease.

Cash Book

Cash payments are linked to specific sellers (e.g. reps, bar staff, etc.) and can then be reconciled against cash collected from the sellers. This cash then feeds into a cash book along with any bankings, withdrawls, dispersals, floats or other cash transactions so it can be fully tracked in resort.

Financials

A wide variety of finanacial extracts can be drawn from EasyRep for use in financial reconciliation, posting or reporting. Additionally, EasyRep can easily be interfaced with existing financial back-office systems.

Reporting

EasyRep includes a simple, clear reporting engine for operational reporting that is easily and inexpensively extensible to cinlude any customr reports that might be required. Additionally more sophisticated reports or feeds can be easily created using industry standard reporting technologies.

EasyRep can be interfaced to a wide variety of external systems such as reservations, contract management, credit card clearing, financial, etc.

Customer Features

EasyRep provides features for managing customer lists (e.g. lift pass lists), recording and progressing customer complaints and tweaking customer booking and pre-paid item information if required.

EasyRep is fully internationalised and can be translated to any language and has full multi-lingual capabilites.
